When is your last semester ending? Because as far as I know, most universities issue digital provisional certificate just after declaring last semester results. So check this with your university once. Secondly yes aps is compulsory for wis23 at uni assist , so you have to provide any aps for that for sure. No other options. Also if you apply today you will 100% get your aps around april or may mid. Give it a try:)

Try contacting the nearest DTDC courier office and ask them about your parcel. Happened with many students that this courier company dtdc which aps use to send certificates sometimes delays the delivery of documents. You also also visit their office personally and collect your documents.

I am facing a typical problem.... My university is Govt, and it has govt Govt official email id...I shared the transcript department email of my university with APS...now my university has denied replying back to APS as it said, for any verification, an organization who is enquiring ..has to pay verification fees, not a candidate and the verification process will take 15-20 days more... now I tried to reach APS over the phone....as usual, no response.... don't know how to connect with them...@kartik., if u can assist me...

Hello Sir great content very helpful but due to delay in Aps my uni told to apply next semester that is winter actually I applied to Hof university I fulfilled all the requirements they said submit aps u will receive the admit but now they are saying decline is expired and u can't get admission here let me know what to do if anyone with similar case let ne know what to do

Without aps you can't get visa. Good thing is if you fulfilled the requirements this time, you will fulfill again in winter semester and until then you will receive your aps as well as visa. Hence you have to wait for winter semester to go as there is no other option available:(

@@thespontaneousspirit9472 if you get your certificates this week then you have to get waitlist yourself and complete visa process will take approx 2 month's or even more. So I think you should calculate the timings of your course start and extension. But you can always ask your uni for extension on mail so do that too.

Depends on the university you are applying. But generally for English taught masters in Germany you need minimum 70-75% and even more and for German taught 60-70%
