BIG power increase! 2 B2 Audio Rage 2500.1 Amplifiers Strapped Together @ .67 ohms each

Before i take these off the bench, i wanted to drop the impedance down and run them again. 1.33 ohms = .665 (or .67) each when strapped. Will they smoke? how much power will they put out? well watch the video and see for yourself! WOW!

Sooo 2 ct 2000.1 strapped is 2ohm can I run my evls 12s d4 to these at 1 ohm seeing I'm battling impedance rises? My daily nothing crazy but I do compete in lower classes so I burp once on awhile as well...

While I’ll always love the old school stuff I was messing with in my younger days (PPI, Phoenix Gold, Orion), I can’t get over how much GOOD stuff is out there now. Granted, there’s still a lot more shit out on the market versus the days gone by. But there are a lot more good options than there was back then too. I never would have even known who B2 Audio was had it not been for this channel.

Mine worked great until I sold them, the two new owners killed them both. I’ve heard they had psu issues with the first runs. They were power houses and played full tilt all day when powered correctly.

I ran a Kicker KX1200.1 @ 0.67 on 3 12’s for years and that amp handled great.

#lowohmlife I just got a B2 Rage 2500.1 v2 in a trade last night, wired that into the dirt at .25 ohm, didn't have one issue. Was running 2 deaf bonce 2510s in a fully kerfed box. Clamped 3471 watts. Also demoed all day on that ohm load. 😂

Any good overbuilt korean board can handle half ohm all day long without issue l9mg as youve got proper charging system and batteries tonfeed it and don't play it up to hard clipping lol

@@meade916 it jumped on the certified test. It was not a smooth transition. Big d wiz explains this on failing cert tests. Now that means nothing in reality because we push to clipping regardless. Not to mention they where running sub ohm which is still cool.

Awesome video, i been looking hard at those B2 audio riot 2500.1 v2 amps. I have narrowed it down to the b2 riot 2500.1 the DD M2000 or Salt 3. You think the B2 riot jus as good or better perfomer between the DD M2000 and Salt 3? Thanks alot the smd distro blocks and fuse holders are some of the best lookimg by far.
