I disagree that's its a bad idea. Lego hasn't made all of the names commanders, most notably commander Bly. I think Lego will create more fan demand for low level troopers but I don't think Lego will actually do it unless they think it makes business sense. So it'll be more of the same, people asking and wanting more named clones that we just may never get

I find it odd that Lego uses the helmet holes to allow kids to “customize” their clones, yet they don’t include helmet attachments in the new battle back

Though I assume part of the reason they are using the helmet holed ones are to justify the “need/cost” for the new mold But this is coming from someone who is into both Lego and transformers so I might be putting ideas/concepts from that company that may not apply here

Maybe a strange idea, but they could do a Jedi Bob specific legion of clones that aren’t cannon, but could be a fun addition like the purple Mace Windu troopers. I think it would be a fun way to build on his popularity

yea lego proved its totally possible with the recolor purple shock troopers, they could do something like recolor 501st troopers to green or something and call it bob's legion. I think that would be pretty cool and im all for it.

Given the fact that the last batch of clones from Jango’s DNA went on to become Purge Troopers, I want Purge Troopers. Lego can’t mess up the helmet by adding helmet holes. Nuff said.

I think it’s time for Lego to make a phase 2 Commander Wolfe along with some Wolfpack clone troopers. A new turbo tank would be fitting for this since we do get to see wolfpack in the clone wars with one for the Sifo Dyas story. Even though every set doesn’t have to be screen accurate it’d serve as a good excuse to make one.

I think it would be great if Lego released a chrome clone trooper or something along those lines as a celebration of the clones from how popular they are in the Lego space and in general it would be nice to get another limited edition clone trooper possibly as a may 4th polybag that is randomly given away.

I have a whole list of minifigures that I want Lego to make, but I'll name my top three. It would be awsome if Lego made a Hevy minifigure from Star Wars Clone Wars Season 1 in a set that was inspired by Ep 5. Maybe a scene from inside the base. Also I would like to see Lego make a 99 (the maintenance clone) minifigure from SWCW Season 3. But I think Hardcase from season 4 would be great as well. I would like to see Lego create more Umbara arc sets like the Umbarian star fighter (when Fives and Hardcase stole them in Ep 2).

It’s a very out of field legion, but I would want to see a 241st battle pack, which is captain tukks legion. I keep getting recommended the Tukk tales trailer and the more I see of it, the more I want the legion in Lego

I think it’s due time for another commander wolffe or a Bly. That said, they should do a new clone commando mold. They can introduce the commandos into a UCS Nu-class shuttle as seen in TCW “Witches of the Mist”. They only really have to do like one or two members of the delta squad if they want. They could add a clone pilot and either a 2x6 printed brick of a fallen Jedi covered in a tarp/robe (like set 10123) or they can put in a custom molded fallen Jedi that resembles the carbonite Han Solo from set 75137. The rest of the members can be in other sets such as a Bad Batch Scorch set. This also gives us the opportunity to eventually get a Gregor figure in his uniform. It’s not like the new mold would be unprecedented for Lego Star Wars. After all, they once used a new 1.5 arc trooper mold in a single set.

Congrats on 50k subs! I think the biggest demand for a named Clone trooper for LEGO to make is definitively Commander Bly from the 327th Star Corps, and the highest demand for a regular clone trooper is a plain 327th Star Corps trooper, as this would round out the 2024 Clones vs Droids Battle pack and make it more like the originals from 2007.

Not sure if I see your point. As long as they don't put any in a battle pack so you get more than what's needed than it's a good idea. Stick them in individual sets and collect them all. I just think it's natural to want all the named clones to really put that polish on your army. Great job on 50k, keep up the good work.

My only problem about making Fives now is Lego never made certain clones when absolutely needed such as ten years ago. Such as 2013 clone wars phase in plain white, P1.5 Fives and Echo, umbara squad, Boil and Waxer, P2 Commander Wolfe and others. I digress, but thats my stance on the matter.

I think one potential problem with fives coming, is there isn’t a current updated Wolffe, and still has never been a commander Bly or Bacara. I don’t get the reasoning on how these 25th anniversary figures are ones they want to do and haven’t had/don’t see the chance to, when 2 of those have never been made and clearly there is fans who want them

Good insights and something to think about. Lego seems to want to test the waters on how profitable those other known clones are besides that captains/commanders. If they stick with the captain/commander themes then an updated Wolfe would be nice. Any of the 104th would be cool, but also would like something they haven't done, not sure if Doom's have been done officially or any Covert or Stealth ops have been done but that'd be cool.

I think people already wanted all the named clones anyway, so they're just grateful they get at least one now. They could include them in bigger sets, instead of normal troopers, and leave the grunts to the battle packs. They did similar things with mandalorians in the past

The clone trooper I want Lego to make next is a 327th trooper, I feel those are long overdue for being made again. I think because Fives is coming as a special 25th anniversary figure, it will hopefully help deter fans from thinking we should have every named clone. If Lego put Fives in a clone wars themed set, I feel that would imply the door is open for more named clones as figs. But he's coming in a set completely unrelated to him, so it should imply that he is a one off for the anniversary. The only other named non commander/captain clone I could see Lego doing is Jesse in his ARC armor, and that would only fit with a Captain Rex Y-Wing in my opinion. Including Jesse in that set would be more likely to open the named clones can of worms than Fives existing as an anniversary fig. Of course, the Captain Rex's Y-Wing has been rumored for years, so who knows if that will ever happen.

I think the named clone characters would be better placed in sets for specific scenes rather than army-building vehicles like Cody and the AT-TE or Vaughn in the 332nd battle pack. However, making Fives and anniversary figure might be their justification for why he was made and the others named clones were not. He sort-of represents those characters as a whole. WI saw another comment that the new battle pack doesn't have helmet attachments. I wonder if that's a way to push sales of the Specialist 501st battle pack to get those attachments before the set retires.
