Big Problem with Honor Phone in India !

Many a times brands need criticism to make sure they don't go back on their promises. There are too many cases of lack of proper service in cases of dead motherboard or green line display. Thanks for bringing this problem to the notice of the masses. I hope all the users of those devices get their deserved service.

I used consumer court against the boult audio. My headphone were damaged and the company didn't even listen to me. even after this service center repairing under warrenty, headphones were not working. I twice repaired it for 150rs by sending it to delhi service center for warranty claim.So I filed a online complained in consumers court. After hearing my complain, court took action against company. Boult replaced my headphones without any charges, and for free. Thanks to consumer court for helping me after 1 year of buying the headphones. I faced a lot of problems but jst one complain in consumer court, all problem solved .It takes time but it really works. It took me 4 months by consumer court to hear my plea

Still the problem persist and 2nd time they damaged my product even more.. I directly complaint it in consumer court.. I was so frustrated.. Now company gave me New Headphones in replacement and for free.. Don't Purchase Boult headphones, they don't have any service... Please buy other brands.. I faced issues and was troubled, it may happen with you too

Totally agreed, those honor phones back then were very good, had a honor 6x, was impressed so much that my next phone was also an honor phone (honor V20) , still this is my primary phone and it's been 5 yr 9 months, still it works flawlessly, no lag, bugs whatsoever, always received new features, now it runs on harmony os, always received new features before Android, I'll keep using this phone till it starts to feel slow haha, it still feels like new and fast, they sure made nice phones using huawei's flagship processor at less cost in honor phones, still love this phone but now seeing the present situation my next phone won't be an honor phone😢

But the reason for this comment is that I think I am saying I Think in India I cud be the most hardcore honor user I am using honor phones since last 10 years or 8 years.. And right now I am using 5 honor devices though I have 8 honor devices including honor phones and tablet... But in regular use there are 5 phones and tablet.. And I am a big big fan of honor the day I have started using honor phone till date and in between when honor was out from indian market I have order 3 units of honor 70 from UAE and uk 3 years back and all of my devices till date are perfectly working the last purchase was honor 90 honor x9b and honor 200...salute to honor brand.. According to me they are best in every espect from any other phone brands..coz behind honor there is huwaie, world's largest phone manufacturer almost having their own glass instead of using gorilla

Aapko dhanyavaad ki aapne is mudde ko highlight kia apne video me. Aajkal har brand ki service ko lekar question hai. Kuch ache hai to kuch ka haalat Aisa hai. Brands must not keep launching phones frequently but instead focus on making their service better. Honor k case me offline wala replacement is peculiar. Every big tech creator must look into such matters of service in every brand wherever possible. Aur customer ko consumer court me complain karna he chaiye aise case me.

Rakesh ji i had purchased a samsung watch 4 classic 46mm lte about a year and 20 days back and my screen went completely orange and samsung is asking me to change the display which costs 6.5k and the watch was well kept and is in good condition physically. sir, LG G8X user hu, LG ne bola tha ki service provide krenge, pr unke kisi bhi service centre k paas replacement battery available nahi hai. bs ek battery nahi milne k wajhe se accha khaasa phone chord kr ,new lene pr majboor hu. plz make a video of different brands, with 4-5 yrs old model phone and ask service centers if replacement battery is available or not. qki battery ki zaroot 3-4 saal k andr nahi, uske baad hi chahiye hoti hai, pr tab tk wo milna mushkil ho jata hai.

Bhai mai bhi LG G8x use kar rha hoon..mere phone ki battery ekdam perfect hai...aapne ne aisa kya kardiya ki battery khraab ho gyi?? BTW mai single screen use karta hoon kabhi kabhi Dual screen laga leta hoon aur battery 85% se jyada charge nhi karta 20% se kam aane nhi deta. Original LG ka charger use karta hoon 16W.....BGMi bhi bahut khela hai 2-3 hours continues tabh bhi... mera tarika aap bhi use karo phone ki battery kabhi khraab nhi hogi..G8x is ❤❤

saari companies ka yahi haal hai, Mai (realme Narzo 60x 5g ka battery swell ho gya tha under warranty ) service center prr submit kiye 4th October ko. Realme wale battery replace hi nhi krr rhe the customer support prr call krra to 2 din 2 din bolke 10 din laga diye. Aur firr 24th October ko call prr bole ki battery dispatch hogyi, then 1 November ko bole ki battery warehouse se nikla nahi, aur yahi saari nautanki krrte krrte ye log 16 November ko phone diye battery replace krrke.

Unfortunately mera yehi same phone But shuru me kyunki woh defective tha Tab service centre ko diya tha Tab theek hua Par uske time ke ek saal baad...sambhalkar rakh kar bhi Green lines, pink lines, bharbhar ke aayi...tab toh mera out of warranty ho gya Tab wapas se service centre liya toh issue fix hua nhi kyunki inke hisab se display already replace kiya hua tha aur already warranty me covered tha So I had to email them about the seriousness And had to collectively fight for it to get replacement for free So, yea, experience varies from user to user Phone abhi toh mast chal rahi hai tab, abtak green lines dobara aate hue nhi dekha

Facing UPI Issues on Huawei Honor 8 Pro (Android 9) For the past week, UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM) show "Could not send SMS" error on my phone. Regular SMS works, and the SIM functions fine in other phones. It's unexpected and surprising that these services suddenly stopped working on all Huawei Honor phones without any prior warning.

However, for some unknown reason, UPI services have been blocked on all Huawei Honor phones, though there's no official announcement from NPCI or Honor. This problem has been discussed extensively in Reddit and Twitter threads since mid-December 2024. It's frustrating because the phone works flawlessly otherwise, but due to this issue, will have to a buy new phone.
