Never dealt with those dash boards before but I have been in the auto industry including working for Lexus for over 30 years. Most dash removals I have done have been to remove the dash first and then the steel support afterwards and install the same way. Have you tried doing it that way or is installing the whole assembly the only way to do it on these Fords? I have an 03 that I am considering upgrading.

its a whole lot easier to leave it all assemble then to take one peace at a time its faster less time consuming

Yeah what he said ^^^^ for super duty’s there’s a lot of bolts behind the dash you can’t get to so it was intended to come in and out and one assembled piece

Have you done any kits for the Excursion 6.0 ? I’m looking for all of it, the relay kit, steering kit, cluster kit...I have seen anything on the 6.0 Excursions

Column kits yes. Cluster helpers for 02-07 trucks will be available soon. As soon as they are I’ll upload videos on it
