Hello, recently i had an opportunity to work as a volunteer in one of the biggest tourism fairs i.e CMt 2025 held in Stuttgart, Germany. I interacted with people, they are afraid to visit India because of the wrong picture they have, like India is too hot, it's not clean and etc etc. This is so wrong. I earn only 13lac taxable income and since no rebate for me I'm paying so much tax.. but getting nothing in return from govt. Still agriculture income of Crores not taxed.. ABOLISH THE INCOME TAX Completely. MODI = Divide and Rule

Tax on 12.5L won't be 67500 because of marginal tax relief. Your tax won't increase by 67.5K for an income increase of 50K. As far as I know, your tax on 12.5L, ignoring standard deduction, would be 50K.

18:00 people have to earn in order to spend and good thing infrastructure investment is going on and opportunities for investment have increased but is there is still low employability and if machine and AI is developing it effects employment, and education structure is still traditional being expensive, time consuming and obsolete, AI might help in education, but middle class can't afford to spend devices and think child just play with it. there must be law to provide minimum basic pay which should help people to build better standard of living. but I like the initiative and give scores for that like minimizing tax burden and simplifying it is good action. govt. is reducing direct tax source, but indirect tax source will increase when the consumption increases, and we might even face crawling inflation hike which is good for economy, and I think rupees rate may fall but to rise in value in future when there is quality production.

Reduction of tax rate for different slabs is a welcome measure as it will give more money to middle class to spend.But zero tax for taxable income up to Rs 4.00laks does not correlate with the claim that salaried class having income upto Rs 12.75 lakh per annum will have zero tax liability. Assuming a tax rebate of Rs 60000 will be given to only salarier class, it deprives the others.Further if a person earns even one rupee mire than Rs 12.75 lakhs he has to pay A tax of Rs 60000.It is an anomaly. Only Indian tax beaucrates can think in a crucked way.
