Very helpful thank you! One question. You see a level and large size on the bid. How do you determine whether the size is due to Stop Loss orders on Sells or buyers looking for a great buy level? Very different scenario's. In the former the big players think if that level hits the stock will plummet but if the latter then the stock will take off. Thanks guys!

Should you trade a stock when the Level 2 Bid and Ask offer HUGE positions size at the same time and through out the trading day...ie. stock ABC current BID is @ 2.00 with multiple buyers @ double to triple digit/or thousands positons...the current ASK is @ 2.01 and has mulitiple sellers @ double to triple digits/or thousands. The same for the next two and three price levels for the Bid and Ask....hope this makes sense. Thanks guys for all the great Live content...take care and any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Need to start with a slower volume stock to teach. When the numbers are scrolling by at the speed of light...it's tough to understand when you're just learning.

Can you explain why big SUDDEN flushes occur where there is NO WARNING on the Level 2. It seems the Level 2 is worthless at times because the price action doesn't always follow the Level 2.

The level 2 is a source of information, but not the key to everything. Different tools give you different info, the level 2 indicates the existence of some passive orders! Please stay tuned, we post educational content everyday!
