Those keurig coffee cups cause inflammation and some of them have been found to have mold in them think about it you don't know what's in those sealed cups , I'd rather have fresh ground coffee and I know what's in it ... much love my brotha

It’s a KZbin documentary about the history of black people not learning how to swim that goes all the way back to the slavery days when we weren’t allowed to swim. It’s a pretty common stereotype
