I chose pile two, Ive been dealing with a narcissistic father who Inthe past when I was struggling with depression and he would come home and corner me and tell me in more ways than one that I was worthless. Unfortunately it took another manic episode and hospitalisation for his attacks to lessen, but because of my Illness I had to live at home and be alone with him for an hour or two a day. Nobody believed me when I said he called me these things (except my mother) but she would often put her fights they had together on me and vent on me.
