Over the years i went from being broke and stealth camping in the city and sleeping at walmarts... to now, living fulltime in a jacked up van and driving deep off-grid into the backcountry and living life in the dirt. WOW LIFE HAS CHANGED.

Crome, if your system is open to the atmosphere, you should change the dryer and place the system under a vacuum. Please do it right and take it to the pros. You need the proper equipment to make it successful. Play safe from Elliot Lake, Ontario, Canada.

Have the shop do the ac. They will vacuum all the air out of the system, fill it with refrigerant, make sure it's proper psi on both high and low as well as check for leaks and ensure it's done right.

Take it back in for a proper fill. It will need to be put under a vacuum once again to get the moisture out of the system so it operates properly, as well as checks for leaks.

If the airco system is completely empty like yours now you have to get it vacuum before you put new freon in. The fill kits are fine if the airco system is not completely empty and just need some extra freon to run.

Chrome, if you open an a/c system, you must vacuum it down to remove all the moisture in the system. Do it correctly and then you will be trouble free. Don’t use a “do it yourself “ can from an auto parts store.

With the upcoming heatwave you might want to look into swamp coolers. The diy version is essentially ice in a container with a radiator and a fan. If you find a good pre-made version you could consider it a test case for the vantoys shop as this could be a handy van toy for people looking for alternate cooling solutions. Would love hoodies with full length ZIPPERS and pockets. Hoodies without full length zippers can get so hot!! Zippers allows for temp regulation.

I bought a vacuum pump and gauges so that I can do AC charging myself. Buying one pound containers is way cheaper than paying someone. However, if you don't have the knowledge or the ability to do that it's totally cool. Having an AC system recharged isn't that expensive but the wait time is a killer....

The DYI kits are the same, probably better since the freon isn't recycled. Just rent or buy a vacuum pump to evacuate your ac system and you will be golden.

I have a T-shirt business and press my own shirts with the same press you have. The square goes away. It’s from the heat of the press affecting the color of the shirt or if your shirts have a high count of polyester it’s burning the fabric some. Try to have less pressure on the shirt when pressing. Teflon mats are trouble. I don’t use them. With screen print transfers I don’t use anything, just press the shirt. I wash and dry shirts when I get them and after printed to ensure transfer stays put and also to get rid of square. With sublimation, which you don’t offer, I use parchment paper one time after pressing then throw away as it will bleed from shirt to shirt if used over and over again. Always press shirt, even for seconds, before putting transfer on, to ensure your shirt doesn’t have any moisture as your transfer will not stay on like you’d want it to. I would recommend a small logo transfer to put on sleeve, especially with the transfer down the side and it’s great advertising ❤

make sure to include washing and drying instructions for those t shirts ect especial aboit the emblems , if their like a plastic type you cant dry them in a dryer , they will crack and peal off chrome

What about comfy cozy sweats, lounger pants ect. Pajamas!! With and with out the feet!! What about the Shorts you love putting logo’s on them!! Man the sky is the limit!! You will need to hire more peeps and buy more machines to make them. Possibly a printer for each like… sweaters-sweats-sweat pant-your shorts-Pj’s ect. Great colors. I use a heat press at our gun shop for shirts I make to sell in the shop. The square does disappear after it cools. For the top plate of the press, I use magnets to hold a Teflon Sheet Heat Press Resistant Transfers Paper Non-Stick Baking Mats 16" x 24" . they attach to the underside of the top plate. They help protect the shirts and vinyl.

Our squares did not disappear until after a wash and dry. We tried the telfon sheet, a pillow and even a special silicone sheet. None of them prevented the square.

Yep that's exactly the same Freon only thing is you got to make sure that you get the oil make sure you get the vacuum pump to pump the system down do you have to vacuum the system out to get all the air out of the system before you recharge it
