I've always wanted to go up there but it's never quite lined up. I lived in an RV in the hills above Powell River for almost a year, I love that place. Especially the food, and the beer. And the unbelievable access to nature of course. Heard there were a lot of grizzlies up by Goat Lake area.

That's crazy that the ferries stranded you! At least you made the best of it😀 Great video. It's beautiful up there in Powell River!

Yeah I have heard these ferry stories repeatedly, but this was my first time actually experiencing it

Guessing you saw the Arxterec video from a few years ago, either way, please bring as much exposure to this area as possible, and save it

I did yes, although I found that video quite underwhelming, but because I lost the use of my drone during this trip I'll have to go back again to properly document the Eldred

Which Eureka tent is that and would you recommend it?
@lifeofluke11 ай бұрын
it's the K2-XT and I've been using it for about 15 years, I love it, though I'm not sure if it's made anymore

Looks like you are having great weather, Luke. Us in new Brunswick, we have been in the zero degrees for over a week. Just great weather for walking.
