Instead of that,,authorities has taken steps impressively to increase the challan rates or collection of money,introduce small rules(with high challan fees) that they never share ,neither inform nor launch any campaign.What they did,,Force the police or traffic police to submit a minimum number of challan per month ,fixed by authorities.

Helmet is very uncomfortable and people die even in helmet.
