No Scam.. Same thing happened in jee January attempt due to Normalisation.. Where there was difference of 80 marks for same percentile.. I had 145 but got only 91.8 percentile in jee jan attempt Everyone accepted it ..

If two candidates have same scores in same shift then the percentile depends on no. Of questions answered correct, time taken for each question. That's why u will never see two students getting same Percentile in *same shift* even tho their marks are same.
