One thing you didn't mention. It has been approved by Haryana, Rajasthan and Central Government in 2019 but approval from Delhi government is pending and that is also one of the main reasons not much progress had been made since 2019.

Delhi govt is a pain in @ss. I miss Sheela dixit so much. The condition of Roads coming under state is pathetic. No one addresses the complaints. They are busy in painting some classrooms and showing off it as education model 😓

I am from Bhiwadi and this project will be a lifeline for bhiwadi, this city was made on the basis of speculation of development given that it's connected to Delhi but now all projects are left incomplete and no new projects are coming to the city, many food chains came and left and many malls are closed now, plus the water logging issue in the alwar bypass T-point from bhiwadi sohna road has crippled the connectivity to the dharuhera bus stand for people living along properties in Alwar bypass road, we need this project this project ASAP anyhow to revive the city else many people will loose their investments in the real estate speculating development in the city and the residents who left gurgaon for cheap flats and hoping development will also feel cheated

I am from Alwar. Abhi delhi jane me 4-4.5 hour lagte h bahut loog alwar k delhi job karte h. RRTS k complete hone pr yadi ye time 2-2.5 hour ho jate h to log daily alwar se aa or ja sakte h delhi me rehna nhi padega kharche b bachenge.

Super slow man.
