Question to be asked from CJI - whether he has 70% in his LL.B graduation degree . As he has completed his LL.B from Delhi university where it is next to impossible to score 70% So if he does not have 70% then he being CJI means we are compromising with the quality

Court me criteria ko lekar PIL dalne Wale ne thik se bat nahi rakhi jabki use pichhle decision ke un bato ke virudh apana tark dena chahiye tha jin bato ke adhar par SC ne decision Diya tha.... Criteria ka maapdand hi galat ho to phir us nirdharit criteria ka koi arth nahi rah jata hai aur maine is bare me Facebook par bakayda post bhi dala tha aur post ke tark ko SC me rakhte hi SC ko apana Decision badana hoga kyonki court Criteria ke maapdand jo gaya raha hai woh maapdand hi galat hai.... Court se bhul ho rahi hai criteria ke maapdand ko nirdharit karte hue.... CJI decision Dene me bhul tabhi kar sakte hain jab unke samane sahi tark na diya gaya ho ya thosh saboot na pess kiya jaaye.... Court unhi bato par decision deta hai jo bat samane rakhi jati hai.... SC ne Criteria ka maapdand गुणवत्ता nirdharit karne ke liye banaya hai lekin agar aap court ko yah bat samjha sakte hain ki गुणवत्ता ka criteria nirdharit karne wala maapdand hi galat hai to phir court aapki hi bat sunega aur court ka dhyaan aapko apani taraf Lana hoga ki maapdand hi galat hai....

Jin state me 70% marks pane walo ko judge nahi banaya gaya hai to kya isaka matlab woh log Qabil judge nahi hai aur Jahan 70% marks pane walo ko judge banaya gaya hai to kya unse koi bhul nahi hoti hai... Bhul yo High court ke judge bhi kar dete hain kai case me to kya unhe qabil judge nahi mana jaaye aur hata diya jaaye.... SC se bhul ho rahi hai criteria ke maapdand ko lekar... Agar koi marksheet me 70% nahi paya hai to isaka matlab yah nahi ki woh preparation karke khud ko Qabil banane ke layak redy nahi kiya hoga..... Degree Lena past ka kam hota hai lekin preparation Vartmaan ka kam hota hai isliye agar past week ho to Zaruri nahi ki Vartmaan ya future bhi week hi ho... Main ise sahi decision nahi balki Court ki bhul hi maanunga....

Court गुणवत्ता ko lekar bat karta hai aur chinta karta hai yah bahut achchi bat hai lekin use is bat par bhi dhyaan dena chahiye ki गुणवत्ता ko nirdharit karne wala maapdand Kitana sahi hai...

Main MPCJ ka koi na abhyarthi hone ke nate bol raha aur na mujhge judge banane me filhal koi ruchi hai balki mujhge galat lagta hai to bolta hu bhale hi koi bhi criteria ho....
