I do have to say, I submitted for a refund on a key board because I could not get it to work. They gave me a refund and told me to keep it which was $18. My daughter-in-law got it working though. I felt it only right to contact Temu and let them know that it was not broken and to recharge me. They gave me my refund anyway, so I thought that was good. Of coI will be buying more.

I think the main basis for whether or not Temu wants you to send something back is directly connected to 2 things: THEIR cost of the item, and reason for return. They’re been clothing items that I’ve had to send back & others that I’ve been allowed to keep. I never know until I submit the return request which is why I started saving the individual plastic bags that the clothing comes in until I know if I’m keeping it or having to return it.

Hey girl, just stopping by see you know you were showing those patches of skin tags or patches at work, but Temu does sell another kit for skin tags. You have to look it up. It comes with like a tool and little tiny rubber bands on the tool helps you to get the little rubber band over the skin tie and it falls off in like four days. I had one on my eye which hurt tremendously, but yeah, that little kit that you can get that kit really works right back to your video loving it

Where do you find the readjustment but, so you can get a readjustment for your items I have not been able to find that also like you I have noticed it is hard to put anything in a wish list but thanks for letting me know where to find the wish list button I too have noticed they have been getting a little shady and raising their prices.

For the price adjustment, I noticed that it was the way where you didn’t have to go into every order for a few days, but now you have to go into your orders and then click on the total price in the top right, then you will see price adjustment on the left if available. Click on the price adjustment and then how you want it refunded.

The price adjustment button can be filing at the bottom of every order block. And the Wish list save is down at the top of where the item start.

Forgot to tell you...I use the web site not a cell phone when ordering from Temu. If I go to the page that shows my orders, credits, coupons, etc I can find my wish list. Later .....

Actually even when I signed up for Temu months ago I never could see a heart for the wish list and I certainly can’t find it now. Obviously it has changed a lot. Look just under where it lists the shop. Above the top picture in the item details, to the right, there should be the “Save” ❤️ button. Other international users are saying their site is working differently than the US site so it appears that one person’s version may differ from the next

@@taliaquinn7909 Talia, Maybe it has to do with the iPhone that have which is an Apple 14 pro max. I really don’t understand why I don’t have the ❤️ button but for some strange reason I don’t. I have no problem with locating the adjustment, or refund/return button and I also get instant credit which is added to my Temu credit whenever I have a price adjustment I guess some people have problems with that which so far I don’t…it’s really confusing and crazy. Quick question from anyone ordering that lives in the U.S. Do your packages go through Customs in your country? RIght now for us here in Canada, the site is a joke. They claim it is a glitch and are working on it, but end of last week, majority of items for sale, including in wishlists, etc. disappeared. Showed up as discontinued. Even the shops when clicked on said "taking a short break". Things starting to come back, however, I have 7 items showing in my wishlist, the other 211 items I had in my wishlist still show up as discontinued. People are saying if we switch to indicate U.S. we'll see everything again (not sure if we can order under that, some seem to indicate we can), including what we're missing when set to Canada. Our tracking now, instead of going from flight has arrived to waiting for customs clearance, to released and in transit again, now we're getting info about packages will be detained by Customs for inspection, or custom clearance exceptions (so wording on tracking has changed from how it was for months).

Yes, all packages coming in to the US are required to go through customs.

I agree about Temu changing, lots of changes- they never tell me to keep an item that needs to be returned anymore. They want me to send everything back.... I had a hard time finding my price adjustments too.That was a really good haul. You got some really cool stuff! Temu is making it harder in the fishland and farmland games. I have been playing and taking forever. Not only that , they froze my watering can in farmland for requesting and getting a refund for a item I ordered that did not work. I am so mad at them! They want me to get 700 before they will unfreeze it. Now that sucks!

THIS was weird. Anybody else notice this?? I had over 70 items in my 'Cart'. A few days ago i had less than 10 !!! What the heck??!! I went to the unavailable items list and clicked on all the stores links. A LOT of them say 'The shop is taking a short break'. Weird. Hi I searched your farmland code and it let me add you as a friend, at least I think it did. But when I tried to do it for Fishland it said I couldn't because you're in the US and I'm in Canada.
