Yes! Freezing it changes the texture but that's fine in stocks or soups where it would end up soft anyway.

You can make hot dogs from carrots. Yes that sounds weird but they're actually really good! Super low calorie and add those pickle de gallo and any other toppings to the top. Basically you boil them, marinate overnight in soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, and various seasonings, then roast or air fry the next day!

Great video Jen. Michigan has really been hit hard this Winter. We had a ice storm and 500,000 people lost their power. There are some people a week later still without power. Mine was out for two days, very cold with no heat and lost all my food. This week it’s back to normal, restocked my refrigerator and freezer. Tomorrow another Winter storm is coming with 3 to 6 inches of snow expected for SE MI. I can handle the snow, as long as the power stays on. Have a great weekend.❤️

I'm in Buffalo and we are in the same boat...2days with no electric was awful this time for me.. I had my granddaughter with me she was fine 😊 until her phone died lol so...stay safe and pray neither one of us loses power from this upcoming storm!!!

I do low carb and it was mardi gras here in nola recently, everyone was having a hotdog. i had a hotdog bowl . love that when you refer to something, you flash a pic of the item on screen for us. appreciate the extra steps you take for a great video! i drink iced coffee daily, so i'll be trying those !! 🥰

I love Lume! I always keep their wipes in my purse, and their solid stick in creases (including under my breasts). They have also changed up their formula so that the scents smell better, which is awesome! The Coconut is my personal favorite.

I love the bagel thins. I had previously done the skinny girl trick where you scrape out the inside of the bagel. A “scooped bagel”. So much easier with the bagel thins. I ordered the Lume deodorant in the tangerine, but the scent was not pleasant at all. I’ve heard they revised some of their scents, but to each their own.

I did a pickup list for Walmart this week and the only items under a dollar were a pizza crust mix my son uses, a lemon, roma tomato and a cucumber. There are 72 items on that list. I was shocked at how much things have gone up in the 2 months. Although eggs are down about 50%. The only meat was 1/2 lb of deli roast beef. I wrote it all down with the prices. I'm going to WinCo hoping to try to better the prices. Frustrating. Nothing extravagant.
