Julian - thank you for providing all that historical context to the places you run through. It makes for an engaging watch and adds another welcome dimension to trail running

Well done Julian. I had a damaged knee, so shuffled around the 50km in 6.45. To say it 'rained a bit' would be an understatement 😂

Gosh! We 14 milers were very lucky with the rain - but I saw the pictures of later in the day! 💦 I hope the knee is OK...

It’s not easy to run and comment))) I tried... but it was enough for me to run and record #shorts for 40 seconds)))

love your interesting runs. I have my first trail 10k soon but I will not be able to chat as there are hills involved.😅

Thank you! My first ever 10k was a trail one in 2016 - and the rest, as they say, is history! Enjoy!

Well done Julian, really enjoyed this video and thats a cracking pace for a tough old trail run. I did the Big Way Round marathon last year and it was really tough! Thank you for giving us the little nuggets of information as you are running, it makes the run even more interesting. Also, love that you have a personal connection to the area in the past. Clarksons farm can do one, how about Julians Farm?! Hope you dont mind me asking, but what camera/tripod do you use? I have an Insta360 buts it proving quite challenging for videoing runs.

Thanks Jonathan - well done for foing the marsthon, Iwas very glad to just be running 14 miles. Mind you - I have just signed up for a beast of a run in July! (Details coming very soon!). Regarding the Insta - looks cool, but a lot of the coolness lies in the post-production editing. I use GoPro - checkout this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pYWpcoJ-e7tqepYsi=svFqspfANYDkJnjW
