Hi Dom, great video as usual. One trick my wife uses is to tie a rubber band around the top end of the chopsticks. This helps keep them together, it works really well for her.

I thought how great those Caviar fillets were going to be all fried up and golden brown plus the greens looked fantastic - and then sweet fillets on a cracker he chucks the Caviars in with oyster sauce flavoured greens 😢 good grief .
