TBC have only built very simple tunnels at average costs and average rates for their size and complexity so far. Prufrock (1) used for the Resorts World tunnel was supposed to be the game changer, but performed very poorly compared to the current market. So they say "Just wait for Prufrock 2, it's going to be so much better", without providing any evidence of how. Then it will be Prufrock3, 4 5..... Until the investors wake up to see it is all 30 year old technology hyped up with a coat of paint and some CGI. Why not report the real tech. that is changing the world with tunnels. Actual projects, completed and ongoing. Tunnelling is expensive, but it is an excellent solution to many urban traffic congestion and mass transit problems. Try videos from Singapore MRT , Hong Kong MTR, shanghai, KL, Sydney, UK, etc. Or go to the Herrenknecht website. Look at the difference in what this dynamic industry is doing day-in day-out. It's really impressive stuff.
