Fyi GDragon has been in control for Bigbang music since almost the beginning. Lies (2006) was his first hit, and the rest are history ~ he was one of the first (or the first) idol that writes and had the most song royalty with all those hit songs

Fun facts: 1.”If you” is BIGBANG saddest song ever, it is also the first song in which all of the members sing (normally GD & TOP would rap). 2. Seungri once joke on a TV show that BIGBANG’s sad songs are all from G-Dragon’s failed relationships 3. During production , GD sang songs’ demo, assigns parts to members, guides them how to sing when recording; he is a perfectionist at work. Quotes from GD "When I record demos I always imitate the members' voices so that it sounds like them.Since I'm Big Bang's producer I know about the members' traits and the best parts for them in a song. TOP sounds the best in the second verse; I think it would be good if I did the opening; In the middle Daesung can build up; Youngbae (Taeyang) needs to sing in the chorus, then I can add some weight to the song. I don’t know what everyone else thinks but personally I really like Seungri's voice…It's a sweet voice, and I think that if the heavier voices go in the middle and Seungri acts as support, the song gets better.” - If you are interested in finding out more, there are documentaries and videos where he worked in the studio and how BIGBANG prepare their album. Wow - as always, we are so appreciative of all of the information you bring!! "If You" is a gorgeous song! T.O.P's singing voice is SO lovely. What a treat! Taylor Swift would applaud G-Dragon. Failed relationships make killer ballads 😁 Very interesting that G-Dragon does the guides himself. We thought guides were normally recorded by the main vocalist of a group. He really is amazingly involved, start to finish!

Seungri’s voice is angelic and probably why GD gives him most of the bridge parts. Like GD said to their hair stylist, he has often given Seungri the killer parts. His voice balances the other 4 voices. As much as I loved Still Life, it was missing his voice, his story in the song. My gut feeling is the song ended as if it wasn’t fully finished, it was too short and maybe (my personal wishful thinking) some day they will finish the song with Seungri.

Big Bang "MADE" album started coming out in June 2015 and every month they released 2 new songs for 4 months = 8 songs - then at end of 2015, beg of 2016 they brought out another 4 songs - so the total album makes up 12 songs. Each song has its own MV and they won everything that year. They also went on to tour worldwide for the 3td time and was the biggest concerts ever seen for a Kpop group in those days They are now back with us with 1 song last year which won Best Vocal Group performance at MAMA and Taeyang came out this year with a Solo with Jimin of BTS. We are expecting his Solo album out sometime in April/May. G Dragon will also be bringing out music this year - TOP the low voice rapper is literally off to the moon on the spaceX programme. We are hoping for more from this group now that all out of military etc............. They are known as the Kings of Kpop as they basically started everything from Kpop artist writing their own songs to their own melodies and being musicians etc....to creating the first lightstick,changing hair styles and colours - to set dance grooves to well everything . They are the Idol group that all other grouops look up to. They are considered Iconic in Kpop and very much respected by all. Their concerts are huge and live is fabulous, hope you like them

I'm surprised that you got your recording of "If you" blocked. Was the video from their main channel or was it from a random upload? They have a performance in their Bigbang channel which you should be able to upload since everyone else have done it already. Cheers!
