At that time, the parents of the Big Bang members were disappointed with them for being idols. But even though their parents turned their backs on them, the boys always sent money to their families. Maybe their families didn't speak to them, but Big Bang never allowed their families to go without a plate of food on the table. Big respect to Big Bang, VIP FOR EVER BROT!!! 👑😎

@zackb3461 that's not true for taeyang, his family sent him off to be an idol trainee bc they were having financial problems and he'd get room and board. GD had been in entertainment since he was 6 and in music since 12, seems odd theyd have an issue with being an idol once he became a teen

GD family, TOP and Taeyang family were very supportive, even Suengri's family. The only member his Dad was against it was Daesung, but he later gave his blessing during the making of Bigbang. GD'S family own real estate, they have rental property. He didn't come from struggling family. TOP's family has money, his parents were pilot and flight attendance. His grandfather was a famous writer in s.korea, uncle own and runs art foundation. Taeyang was a child actor, his older brother is an actor too. His family may not be rich but they're normal family. Suengri's parents were real estate agents and they own lands and property in the country side. Daesung's family is military family, his father and his older sister both are veterans.

@@saranghaejazzminthat’s not true. Taeyang parents were really against him being an idol that he left home and lived at the bus station or training studio for a while.
