Vocal coach here Your voice is a muscle that you have to train. Almost like a limb. ıf you start holding a spoon wrong for some reason, you'll eventually get used to it and it'll be default for you. Same is accurare with your voice. Most people dont like to hear their voices and many many people are ashamed to speak when puberty hits and give you that cracking voice. Sometimes those people avoid talking as much as they can and that can make them develope speech problems. Shelldon Cooper is bullied and lonely. The crackle in his adult voice probably caused by that( and if its his real voice, im sorry for Jim parson)
