I'm a 56 year old man watching this in 2024. To me, this is more than a corny action anime. I think Baki's training and experience is representative of the fear-of-failure, that we ALL face😰! In order to overcome it, we HAVE to embrace the suffering that comes with hard work. We MUST be consistent, remain focused and driven, then finally, talk ourselves into jumping off that cliff (figuratively speaking, of course😅)! We're far more resilient than we realize. I have watched this video dozens of times, before working out. These two years have been very hard in my life. I have been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and Generalized Anexity. When I lived in my home city I was getting therapy and on medication, but most importantly working out. Those were the best times of my life. I miss them dearly.
