I just came back from an AE show in Chicago -- he's still got it!!! He's touring w/ mini-big band (horns, 3 guitars, bass, drums, strings, gal backup singer)!

This is a band he played with for a number of years in one form or another. He appeared on Austin City Limits with them (except with Mark Andes of Spirit, Jo Jo Gunn, Firefall and Heart fame on bass and Matt Glenn Fish as a second cello) around the same time. It was an incredible show and included an extended version of this number. Hector Munoz is a phenomenal drummer/percussionist.

And a special thanks to the band here, they definitely had it together this particular day, and yes Susan Voelz is the best ! .,... too bad she doesn't seem to be a regular these days ?
