Best build is probably nuclear rounds or resolution. the first item depends on u. I like nuclear rounds, Vanquisher, Demolisher, Infernum, Noxia, Imperator if you want resolution: Resolution, Vanquisher, Demolisher, Ashbringer, Noxia, Imperator
