Shooting Drill: Working Cadence and Transitions

Chris Woomer introduces the 'cadence drill' which can help you shoot faster, more rhythmically, and drive the gun faster from target to target.
In this practice drill, you want to shoot so that the time that elapses between firing at one target and then dragging the gun to the next is the same.
Metered shooting like this will help improve accuracy. Once that's dialed in, you can work on your speed. Accuracy first, speed second.
