I began making these vids after i got hired for my first job 8 years ago. recruiters like to see more single skill specific demo material. eg. a models only, or animating only..one recruiter passed me up because my reel was to much of what they call a 'generalist' reel, which doesn't help when you apply for a cloth TD job for example. so for big studio jobs, i'm not sure if these vids help.. as for smaller independent job offers I've gotten a lot of those but those jobs pay little or nothing
