Scp 096 is a entity that us docile. When a person sees its face, ethier through photograph, in person or video. It will attack the person. It will know where the person (now scp-096-1) is at all times. Unlike in the game, there is no trace of a body after they look at 096, this meaning that we dont truly know what happens, making it the most terrifying scp. The photograph you saw of a mountianer had scp 096 in the backround, which is why the pixelated face of 096 is blacked out. Scp 682, which is mentioned in the game, is a immortal lisard like entity that is able to heal rapidly, can only be slowed down permanety by hydrocloric acid, can evolve and mutate to survive things it couldnt possibly survive, and change size at will. Also hinted to have low level reality bending capabilities due to its survival rate. Is one of the few entities that the foundation acually wants to terminate, which is usually uncaractaristic of the scp foundation.

If you have ADHD, having the sleep schedule you described can be... really difficult. Us ADHDers are usually wired to stay up later during the night and sleep through part of the day. It just is what it is and there's nothing wrong with it. You can gradually adjust your circadian rhythm to the sleep schedule you've described, but it can be so easy to throw it out of loop again. I'm sick right now so I'm sleeping way more than usual, but I'm happy to be able to snuggle under the blankets and watch this video until my next round of cold meds kick in. Much love ❤

22:10 for those who don't know this picture is actually scp-096 but before he actually became what he is now, in a brief story, this man went to the mount everest to climb it for fun, he then met scp-1529 or "the king of the mountain", scp-1529 then tortured him by making him climb the mount everest without a single rest for like 10 years or more, his body then transformed into the monster that he became. (Search the story online because some people explain it better than me) In the picture, the face is censored because even tho it's not scp-096 "actual" face he will still chase you if you look at it.

The secret to waking up early is simple: 1st: set up an alarm for what time you wanna wake up. 2nd: don't play on games or do much at all BEFORE the time you wanna start sleeping. 3rd: avoid caffeine before this time as well. Eventually your body will pretty much literally force you to change, I'm stuck in the body of a farming Sim protag (always waking up at around 9 o'clock regardless of when I fall asleep.) And I can't stop it now.

@@biggaming64 if you keep this routine up, eventually you'll start waking up at the time you want to no matter what, i (am supposed to of course) settle down at 9 and go to bed at 10, and even without an alarm I typically get up at around 8 or 9, I've even had times where I wake up at 5 or 4 am. Another secret is to force yourself to get up, if you're laying in bed and it's real cozy and all that, just don't think, just get up out of bed and do.... whatever, idk.

The reason the first article mentioned to prevent visual stimuli with scp 096 is that if you see its face via photo, video or just looking at him it'll go into a rage and run after whoever saw its face and nothing can stop it a and i do mean nothing at all so the researcher was trying to develop a way to make scp 096 sentient which would in theory let you see its face
