The instructional video should have been linked to the QR code on the outside of the box and on the inside cover of the printed manual.

Love mine. You should make a standard honey gate adapter. The one that comes with the machine is 2 big to replace the honey gate on my bucket... and maybe a link to replacement parts..

Does it zero out the weight with every jar you put on it? I found the jars in one box differ in weight by a little bit. I want to make sure my customers get the full amount of Honey on the label.
