Love your work lads. Great bromance between you guys! Please do a reaction to Big Heath's fire in the booth part 2. You won't be disappointed. He's so talented but has had his struggles with the industry labels and a lack of UK radio time. Charlie is the only DJ who is willing to break the blacklisting and support him on national radio. As somebody who has recorded on radio i can tell you it is never live and it is a good couple of hours recording in reality. One take is rare. Make no mistake none of this is uncut. Usually you arrive in the morning or afternoon, and it gets played later. You do the recording first then you shoot some shit with the host for like an hour, then you fuck off and they just drop it in to the rest of the show either that night or whenever they feel like. The artist is never in the studio when it gets broadcast.
