The regeneration is part of the red potara item that makes the characters overpowered. All of the buffs are rolled into one item, so they can't just get rid of the regen.

Would it be possible to have an intermediate level? The current difficulty is simply impossible. The enemy has defense reduction, health regeneration and a teleport that is unrealistic. I love the challenge, but I also believe that you need at least a chance to win if you play really well. If not, it's just one beating after another.

tapion actually reminds me more of crono from chrono trigger, which tapion might be designed after. sorry, im gonna go on a bit of a babble here. read if you want --------------------------------------------- considering chrono trigger went into development in 1992, and wrath of the dragon could have went into development a couple years later, toriyama probably based tapion's design on crono. look at the hair, its color, his facial features, and his clothes. now look at a pic of crono. seems pretty similar. finally, off topic, but i think he added a bit of supreme kai in there, with the mohawk.
