The one guy was fine with the amount until his second baseman started telling him he could get more. Do not take your friends when you do business
@andrew_koala29749 ай бұрын
That is excellent advice - People also destroy Fate when friends put them off what fate has planned. I will give you an example: Some ten years ago - A Turkish billionaire I know whose family have number of business operations - including Logistics - Cold Storage warehouses - Crane Hire - Legal Services - operating in Turkyie - Bulgaria - Australia and France. The family business is valued at 20 billion Euro - that was in 2014 ( I have worked for him several times ) He is an imposing - large Frame man weighing some 140 Kg On one of his CORPORATE visits to AUSTRALIA he was driving the rental car to one of his business facilities Along the way - the vehicle developed a flat Tire = Pulling over with Hazard lights ON - he was changing the wheel - on the passenger side. From the Vehicles driving by - one would not notice whether the disabled vehicle was being driven by a male of Female. Only one vehicle pulled up behind - the driver got out and said" ' Can I give you some help " even though he noticed that the driver of that disabled vehicle was strong enough and capable enough to change the wheel himself. Job done - they chatted for a while - usual conversation - what's you name ? - What do you do for work - what's your background - are you married - do you have children etc. The man age 30 - had been married 5 years - One son and one baby daughter so he was working two jobs to support his young family and paying off a Mortgage. The Turkish man asked him how much he owes on his mortgage - to which the reply was $350,000 The Turkish man took out his CORPORATE Cheque book and wrote a cheque for $350,000 and handed it over saying - go and pay off your mortgage. The man took the cheque and looked at it - and said " Is this some kind of a joke ? " The Turkish Billionaire replied " No joke go and cash it " This good Samaritan on hearing that - almost fainted as his legs wobbled. He had to be propped up against the car - otherwise he would have collapsed on the ground. TRUE story The point here is - how many passing motorist were discouraged by the passengers in the vehicle and instructed to keep driving. Certainly - Fate is not always kind - but it is what it is. One has to accept fate whether it is good or bad. COMMENT REFERENCE: alvamarsh4290.2024013131755

Pawn shops are not in business for you. They are the only business that will give you money for used items, but they pay low because they are going to hold it for a certain time period without being able to sell it, and then if you don’t meet your obligations, at the end of the day it could take ages for them to sell your stuff. And it’s still used items. By law, you must pay all payments, on time, and bring in your ticket to get it back. Nobody else can get your stuff.

Make the effort - You can do it - illiteracy is not desirable Good luck and Good bye No point in anyone replying as the facts are self-evident, and nothing you write will change that. My buddy and I met Rich in a mom and pop pawn shop in Clinton Twp MI. My buddy was looking for a snare drum. He was behind the counter with a cap on and greeted us. After we hung around a bit when we told him we know who he is. I ordered a scalloped neck Fender Strat directly from Fender and I told him I was waiting for it. I showed hom the online picture and he was so cool that he's showing us his awesome drum kit in his phone. So, while it's not busy Rich is telling us about the show and he was helping mom and pop pawn shops to help them. That's so cool of him. He's not a friggin stuckup but a damn cool guy. So I told Rich and my buddy that I gotta get going to pick my son up from school and I don't want to be late. But Rich enjoyed our conversation about music that I had to say "Um Rich, Kev...little boy...school....now." And by the end gave us a man shoulder hug and we left. Until my buddy came back in hoping for Rich to sign the snare drum he bought and Rich did. If he reads this comment, he'll know who we were.

These people don't get paid enough! So much patience. How can there be SO MANY NUTS in one place?! You should all be presented with some kind of award for not losing it.

Man, you all know that all stores have the "you break, you buy" policy, so if you accidentally break somethin', you should know you have to pay for it. So, don't break it. Duh... LOL 😂 😂

lol. Kid says the comics are from "the 1970's" as if that makes them some kind of ancient artifacts. It's almost painful to think about how useless most people are.

The women at 7:35 are on some kind of bs. "He pawned my mama's ring. The last thing I have left of her. He wouldn't lie to us about where it's at". So, he's low down enough to hock his grandmama's ring, but too upstanding to lie about it? Wow! The delusion is real with that 1. Dude at 9:43 doesn't have bus fare, but claims he spent $200 on a watch. Come on now.

Why do people walk into stores asking for money with no receipt? Seriously, how do they think they’re going to get anything with no proof that they ever bought it?
