Well the one ring, did not have a particular size. One of it's "characteristics" was it's ability to change size in order to perfectly fit the wearer's finger. Although, it did also use this to slip through the fingers if it wanted to! (how it did with Isildur)

Making size comparision from book version would be probably harder, because every clan of dwarves have diffrent height, same goes for diffrent races of elves like Noldor or Silvan, diffrent types of humans, and hobbits/ orcs also had diffrent heights

Not accurately portrayed in the movies, but Galadriel is at least 6 feet tall (maybe more) and Eowyn was around 5' 10 - 5' 11 (described in the books as slender and tall). They should have been included!

1:26 Had no idea the uruk hai berzekers were 6 foot 5 compared to the 5.9 uruk hai I thouht they were around 6 foot their my favoruite orcs/uruks in the trilogy they wear little armor bald heads , and they are the first sent into battle like in helms deep on the ladders their helmets are filled with the blood of their enemies before being put on their heads which sends them into a blood lust frenzy and allows them to take pain which is why they dont need armor they are a genetically superior mutated uruk hai

Gandalf is decsribed here at 1.8(5'9) the Actor Sir Ian Mckellan is also 5'9 but Aragorn is desribed as 6'4 but the Actor Viggo Mortensen is 5'9 so these might be from both book and film adaptations, although I can't remember they mention heights, besides the hobbits and dwarfs been noticebaly smaller.
