15:18 I can’t imagine how difficult it was to try to fix ppls heavily (for real) conditioned mindsets into a healthy one AND helping them achieve a physical transformation at the same time WHILE cameras are just straight up 🎥🧐 recording all the interactions, WHILE being directed, WHILE redoing scenes when real life is not a second take or acted out by scenes. After the show I would be straight up exhausted and go into hiding for a few months to regenerate all the energy put into worrying about everyone. Can’t imagine how difficult it was to go back to self sanity after a show like that, you’re so blessed and I hope you know you’ve got very strong angels with you! 💪

Doesn't this kind of training and dieting seriously mess up the contestants later in life? Their resting metabolic rate is so affected that they end up gaining weight with consuming only about 1200 calories and after a while they would just start dying of malnutrition because they are consuming so little calories.
