Garth loved his mom but was afraid of his dad. Garth was under a veiled threat from Chub. If you listen to Heather Daybell's interview with Lauren and John, she describes it. Garth could easily have been one of Chub's dark victims. Garth is probably still a bit afraid of Chub.

Nope, if they were gunna do that the time was after Emma disagreed. But that doesn’t prove perjury anyway. Perjury means the person INTENTIONALLY misled the court and proving INTENTION is almost impossible. Humans forget and we misremember details ALL the time and don’t mean to, esp when years have passed. So unless someone admits on a recording that they lied under oath- they won’t be charged. Waste of money and time that the state doesn’t have.

@@lindalarson5468It’s commonly known as ‘The Fundie Baby Voice’ which is cultivated in these tight knit religious groups where women are very pressured, criticized and conditioned to play a specific role, subservient to their husbands and fathers, sexually available to husbands and innocent, and the prime example of a godly woman as defined by her place in the group (hierarchy) and her place in the home. The voice allows them to play a part that appeals to men and young women looking up to them and to small children who perceive them as safe, as they compel them to abide by the rules. They never seem to be pushy or nagging or have any agenda but they’re incredibly competitive, misogynistic, pressuring to one another, manipulative and skillful at gaslighting. Yet, they’re upheld as lovely examples of how a woman should be. Modest, humble, caring, generous, godly etc.. Their very appearance and demeanor (often, they seem naive to the world outside their groups, always very polite and soft-spoken) is all to get by in the community. It’s all conditioning from infancy to please and think and do exactly what their parents command. Due to overarching misogynistic principles and ideology those are edicts in the church of which they must abide. So, misogyny dictates practices and suffuses, permeating everything. What is so outrageous is that Lori was gone for weeks leaving JJ with Kay and Charles while she was vacationing in Hawaii or wherever. Then suddenly after not wanting JJ, she insists on taking him back. Why? Because she obviously has a plan to murder both of her children so that she can use the social security cheques- as well as all the life insurance from the husbands she murdered- for her vacation life with Chad. Chad followed up with Tammy and collected her life insurance. Two despicable evil people who didn't deserve the good spouses they had, nor the children. With all the evidence, it is a shame that all this tax payer money goes into defending these two criminals who are clearly beyond guilty.

My own state has always been in the top ten or top fifteen or the most executions and we have not carried out a death sentence for years. I believe the last one was Dennis McGuire, which was considered botched as a direct result of the moratorium by pharm companies. (Ohio) Most death row inmates die a natural death. The thing that truly scares defendants in DP cases is the total and stark isolation. It will absolutely drive a human crazy. Their connection to other people is pretty much zero, and that includes prison staff. I know in the main women's prison in Ohio that the entire prison gets locked down if the female DP inmate has to be transported anywhere. She never sees another inmate.

You guys don't understand what you're talking about. A diagnosis of exclusion isn't speculation or a guess. Prior tried to frame it that way , and you took the bait. A diagnosis of exclusion takes a list of what they are seeing as symptoms, and look for what things could be the cause of it. Pulmonary edema isn't an 'undetermined' finding. There are a list of things they can rule out that cause pulmonary edema. For instance, meningitis doesn't cause pulmonary edema. You can rule that out. The prosecution recrossed by asking her if she had been given information they had given to Utah ME, A. B. C .D.... She said no. So she didn't have the context they did. So she wasn't able to rule out what the Utah ME could rule out. For instance, her heart was healthy, so it was not caused by the heart. Poisons weren't found. Ultimately, pink foam in the lungs coming out of the mouth is a finding suggestive of asphyxia if the other things are able to be ruled out. It's a strong accurate diagnosis. There isn't anything else it could be. So it's not jumping to a speculation. It's a diagnosis. Defense ME admitted that she didn't have all the information that the Utah ME had. Utah ME had no reason to jump to conclusions. They didn't know her. But the defense ME certainly had reasons to call it undetermined. 1. She clearly prefers to call it 'undetermined' than do a thorough investigation. It's easier to go with that option. I've had professors who cut corners and had gotten lazy over the years, but their head was as big as ever, everyone else was wrong and they were right. 2. I'm sure Prior hunted for the ME that he knew was more likely to call it undetermined, either by hook or by crook. These people that do the court circuit make a lot of money giving the defense what they want to hear. It's a fact we don't want to consider, but it does happen. Listen to Lindsey cross examine her and her findings crumble.

It was Lori that said "Here lets just dig up the backyard you'll never know what you might find or whatever. WOW if that wasn't telling! And again both had such evil laughs about it! And again Lori talking about the projects wanting to know how long the projects going to take oh about three mo's. I think she was asking how long do you YOU think it's going to take for them to find her children? Chad says at least three mo's. I think Lori knew they were recorded bc she was giving a whole of information of where the kids were buried. Code words BACKYARD, POOL, THREE MO'S. I think by now if she goes down so will he! Idk this whole thing just blows my mind!

He may be, but not yet. Remember, that murder occurred in another state so it wouldn't be part of this trial. Idaho doesn't have jurisdiction.
@kateashby30664 ай бұрын
You don’t charge someone based on a hunch. You need proof and the state doesn’t have any on Chad for that crime. But Lori? Yes.
@kateashby30664 ай бұрын
@@lindalarson5468if he was going to be charged it would have happened by now with Lori as a co-conspirator. He isn’t charged bc there’s nothing to tie HIM to the crime, just Lori. All he did was call to get a quote for a cremation. Looks bad but that’s not proof of much at all.

the police went back the next day with a search warrant only to discover they had fled. It's unbelievable that they weren't watched!!
@kateashby30664 ай бұрын
Because 99/100 people don’t just flee town and never come back when the investigation has barely started. That sorta thing is usually a last resort. I mean she just left half her crap and disappeared- abandoning her home and deposit. I’m fairly certain the cops did not have any reason to think that she actually K!LLED her kids at this point or she WOULD have been under surveillance (like Koehberger was). This was a turning point in the case where the heat went from a 3 to a 9 like THAT. And boom- arrest and then kids found. 😢

Tylee likely knew what really happened with Charles' death, but I think they just became a nuisance to her and the life she thought she would have with Chad. She really thought Chad was a better catch than Charles.

First & foremost- HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JJ!!! 💙💙💙💙💙We love you, & we will always remember- 💙💙💙💙 The world is not right without you & Tylee! Also not right without Tammy, Charles, & Joe!!! 2. IMO-The jail call from LV to CD about searching the property was orchestrated by Mark Means in order to make her look innocent - or at least less guilty. Obviously her trial regarding the kids is over, so this is nebulous, but she still faces murder charges in AZ.

I don’t find any credibility in Chad & Tammy’s kids. There’s just too much for them to process and understand it like an adult who has experience of somebody over 25. They’re just afraid of losing their dad. It’s totally obvious with Emma at the police car while her dad was in it without any words of understanding or compassion for his daughter. Nothing emotionally supportive out him for his kids and they just deny the obvious and do what every their dad tells them. It’s pathetic for them.

Anyway….it also makes me sad because just like with a Ruby Frankie and the Salem witch trials…there is no winning. If you draw crosses, you’re evil. If you destroy crosses you’re bad. If you hug a cactus you’re bad. If you don’t hug a cactus you’re bad. If you don’t admit you’re wrong you’re bad. If you admit you’re wrong you’re being manipulative. If you float you’re a witch. If you sink you’re dead.
