Mate , the podcast was about breaking the myth and I am doing just that , I am part of the Jeep Meridian India club since 2023 ( purchased my Jeep in June 2023) I can assure you that more than 95% of the ownership review across India has been extremely positive in the forum , whilst there is certainly scope for improvement , again which car brand does not need improvement? Statistically speaking the overall ownership experience has been quite impressive. I fully acknowledge the fact that that Jeep sales are negligible in India , owing due to mismanagement by the company and Top executives . I have taken a 9 hour drive from Bangalore to Goa and the road stability and comfort is unparalleled. Cheers

Maruti is not cheaper in service. I'm using Dzire 2013 VDI for a general service they charge Rs 20K at NEXA. Maruti Spare Parts cost are reasonable but labour cost is more than parts cost..

Anybody servicing their car in NEXA will know how costly the labour prices are than spare parts.. Nexa has premium price compared to arena.. I stopped giving service to arena dealers as the service is pathetic.. Nexa service is v good but labor cost for every part replacement is very high.

Bro Nice ! I am using a 2015 grand i10 petrol ! It is not sluggish! Mid range is powerful..Most people's views are highly polarized..In my opinion hyndai service costs moderately! Further interior quality of hyndai never compromised! For me , Maruti- Suzuki and hyndai are still leaders in the market ( they really listen to Indian needs) if you are looking at the second used market, these two are top of the segment!

It is based on the manufacturer.....you better check your owners manual for what type of petrol to be used. Because car brands like toyota and Honda have started giving E20 compatible since 2011. If it is Korean or some other brand...... you should definitely not to use e20 petrol in it...... ethanol is highly corrosive........ only way is to change the car😢

Thank you for acknowledging that the old Innova isn't comfortable. I thought I was the only one who felt that way. I usually notice discomfort in rear-wheel drive vehicles, but sitting in the co-driver seat in the Innova didn’t alleviate that feeling. It's especially uncomfortable on hills.

Hi..I am not a Tata Fan. And I have a Tigor with 1.3 Lakhs on Odo and my cousin has a Altroz petrol with 50 k on Odo...I am very regular at maintenance.. Every 15 k kms( initially i spent around 5k -8 k per service but now it is 8 - 10 k avg) .. My car never hesitated to start or let me stranded in the whole of 1.3 lakh kms.. and that applies to my cousins Altroz as well.. My car still runs on "stock Clutch"..Only parts I changed are 1. Brake pads 2.Engine Mounts 3. Shock absorbers 4. Rear Hatch struts 5. Timing chain I agree that Service technicians lack professionalism and genuinity.. But overall i am pretty ok with the experience.. I woiuld suggest you that it would be better to have data like JD powers reliability survey or anything similar and discuss that.. rather than talking about random instances.. I would disagree with you about the parts cost. Shock absorbers costed 1.4 k , Timing chain replacement costed 13 k and these are damn reasonable... Couldn't correlate what you are bragging about service expenses here... Maybe your dealer was trying to milk you .. I knew my friend's VW Vento radiator replacement cost him Rs. 85 k but the same would be around Rs.15 k for a Tata or Maruti..

My mom has 9 siblings and all together we have 2 innova, 2 amaze, 1 ciaz, 1 harrier, 1 Nixon, 1 swift, 1 Verna, 1 altroz and 1 vitara brezza.. I could say we have faced most problems with tata cars. Service people give bad solutions like every 1000km or 2000km u have to do wheel alignment. Every 1 year u have to refill gas. In our maruti cars we give for service and bring back cars. That's the max we do. One day altoz locked us out completely and we faced many silly problems. When u own multiple cars and compare u will know the difference

We have driven our 2016 Creta 1.6 Diesel 6 Speed Torque Converter automactic for 8 years and 2.35 lakh kilometers. It still runs like a charm without any niggles. Safe to say that Hyundai engines are quite reliable.

They initially brings the vriants at low cost to gain traction between customers, they know their production capability yet create this FOMO to keep the brand in buzz for longer period of time, eventually they will increase the prices or decrease features in the low variant silently just in 6 months of launch. I watched Mahindra’s first KZbin video and felt it was spot-on. I initially loved Mahindra, largely due to Velu Swamy’s interviews, which inspired me to book the Mahindra XUV 3OO in July. They promised delivery within six weeks, and I planned to surprise my spouse for our wedding anniversary. However, it’s still not delivered. Despite numerous emails and chats, I was told to contact the dealer, and the dealer pointed back to Mahindra. When I spoke to the Sales GM at the dealer, AMPL, I experienced the worst customer service. His response was rude and unprofessional. I even filed a complaint with Mahindra, but there has been no response or action. Unfortunately, I now feel disappointed with Mahindra and am currently considering the Skoda Kushaq instead.

Regarding 1.2l revotron, being a first time car buyer and having completed 15k+ kms in a year and having taken trips across TN and KA, I felt the engine does deliver adequate power as I have never felt it lagging and could confidently overtake on short gaps in highways always. As I haven't driven other cars, probably I don't feel this as not sluggish but I am not regretting the decision of nexon. Probably it's sluggish among the lot but I feel it's still a good enough engine for a regular user who doesn't look for performance. I am not a relaxed driver either and regularly do 8hr long drives more consistently above 100s and trying to overtake the ones ahead to keep myself engaged. I am not being a Tata fan here. My service experience has been good so far with 4 services so far. Having everyone around the media stressing it needs improvement, with regular service this seems adequate. Fingers crossed when I have to visit for any future major issues. I am an regular viewer of Motowagon and in fact when I was researching for buying a car I always trusted the info from the channel. Just wanted to register my view as a new car buyer to help others with same requirement to give confidence if Tata nexon is in their list.

Im using nexon ev max for past two years and completed 42k kms, service cost is not high, actually they suggest unwanted requirements like they charged 1200 for ac filter previously it was billed 450 from the previous service in different dealer they explained its AQI filter and shared the picture and didnt feel any difference in the cabin. Now i suggested the recommended only. We have to filter everything before start the service

Service is worst in Bangalore for Renault. Same dealers. I have driven 48k kms so far so good. I love the car. Even though in the day one of 3xo unveil, I got the delivery only after 2 months after a lot of follow-up. Even knew people from Mahendra sales in our zone it didn't help much. As Asir bro correctly mentioned about how to keep their customers updated, that's a big miss with thier dealers. Sometimes even they don have much clue about the prices of availability. When we visited thier used for pdi, we could see a lot of cars piled up which the sales folks were saying not available to many customers.

Tata Winger, Xylo, Ertita, Marazzo, and Innova Comparatively I feel Winger >> Xylo >> Marazzo >> Innova = Ertiga Since wjnger is a wholly commercial vehicle, Xylo is the best.. Even in 3rd it's far better than any other MPVs 🙂 Innova = Comfort is a myth.. but reliable than others..

Hi team basically we indians are expecting best, reliable, safest, milage cars at cheaper price. Its not possible in reality. Cars are three types city usage, Highway usage and adventures vehicle. * City vehicle are less powerd more mileage oriented reasonble maintenance cost *Highway vehicle are more powerd best in class comfort ( compared to city vehicles) * Adventures vehicle are more torquee not comfortable for riding We ( including me) have to sacrifice something to get a better vehicle One more thing have to note is minimum 5% of vehicle cost will be there for car maintenance ( it includes insurance). Have to keep this in mind before took a decision. *based on my knowledge and experience*

We bought honda amaze over a myth that honda have excellent audio system and it's cabin and nosise levels are lower abs makes driving cozy. In reality the 4 speaker music system that came with our car vx diesel cvt was pathetic. The diesel noise creeps all over cabin but that's expected abs we anticipated it, hence that ain't a complaint. The dashboards materials are so poor and there is always a rattle, especially the glove box rattles a lot. We hear whistle a we Cross 110 kmph, The wind filtering in somehow.

Good day jii..all companies speak about their production line capacity, a car every .....minutes, etc.Then all delivery in time issues start ?, I understand that their components suppliers r nor upto that mark !!!!, I don't know.
