When we remodeled our kitchen. I had a mini water heater put under the kitchen sink so the water is instantly hot(I’m in drought-ridden California so don’t like to let the water run to heat up). I absolutely love it! The only drawback is it takes up a lot of under sink space, but there’s still plenty of space on the other side for storage.

@@dawnbrown2863 that’s so funny! Yeah I hate cleaning showers. It’s been the bane of my existence for over 50 yrs of marriage. My dream would be to have an amazing person that I could hire to just clean the shower once a month. Seriously. 🤦♀️😂

Ok off topic (sort of) but there is a product called Wet & Forget shower and it cleans your shower overnight. You spray it on and let it sit all night then rinse it off. I think it works pretty good and I have hard water. You’re supposed to do it weekly but…😅

So our hot water heater was leaking one day a couple years ago and we had to get a new one. Well instead of getting a tank we went with a tankless. Since it's just my husband and I and our home is only 1200 sq ft we didn't go with a huge one. There are different sizes. The one we will mentioned you can only do two things at one with the hot water. Like one person showering and washing clothes. You couldn't have someone showing, washing clothes and doing the dishes. However, if or when we have kids we've talked about either upgrading the tankless to a bigger one or getting one of the ones you got in your haul putting it in our master. It wouldn't pull from the main unit and we could still do a couple of things with the main unit.

In the event of an emergency, if one has a battery operated power source that could be utilized so like if one was camping as a result of a natural disaster and had a battery powered power source that would be useful

I saw the "frequently returned item" on another product recently and it seems at first glance that it had good reviews. So I looked further and the bad reviews all commented on the same issue - a crack in something - so I did decide against it. I love that those yoga pants have pockets. I had pants like that from Betabrand (no pockets) that I loved but after a time, the knees got super saggy and they just began to look messy so would be interesting to see how those hold up.
