I don't think villain should overbet turn on 284K. The K just smashes villains range and gives you an easy way out with everything in your range. It just doesn't make sense for you to call any bluffcatcher if villain overbets turn with Kx or better which is a massive part of villains range. If anything villain should look to bet smaller to give you a hard time with weaker 8x, PPs, 4x and backdoor draws. In villains shoes it would also make sense to give yourself a possibility to valuebet A8, 99-QQ for more than one street.

A good rule of thumb for sizing on any street (in optimal play) is that you want to put most of villains continuing range in a tough spot against your range, that way you can balance your range better, simultaneously get value with your good hands and not pay too much to get villain to fold. When the turn card K falls, IP has every king in the deck, which OOP doesn't, a long with all the middling hands. You could do the math and count all the Kx and better combos for IP, take into account the size of the overbet and figure out how many bluffcombos needed to balance it out, it's a whole lot of bluffs 😁
