I am an almost regular viewer of your videos. I have one biggest confusion. Since u guys are always travelling, going abroad we see you guys are depending on so called “junk foods” or “processed foods” or “packed foods” which are considered as unhealthy. Kid also eats the same. I know your health check up results are good but still , will it affect your health in the long run especially kid’s ? How do you manage to keep up with your nutrition intake ?
