actually on farms big enough for bigger machines the overall fuel cost is much lower than using smaller machines. I can plow about 2-3 acres an hour with my smaller tractor burning 8-9.5 gallons an hour (depending on conditions. a tractor twice the size of mine (in HP) can plow 9-11 acres an hour burning 16-19 gallons an hour. to work just 10 acres i burn at least 26 gallons of fuel, a bigger tractor would burn only 17-20 gallons of fuel. bigger HP tractors also tend to last longer win win win

+Wayne Ballintine I guess I am just used to the John Deere and, Case. They have a much stronger appearance at the articulation. I dont doubt that this Cat can work but, based soley on looks, the strength of the articulation seems questionable.

@Landbouwfilmpjes goed dat er in Nederland duizenden hectares zijn... Dit is gewoon belachelijk, daar komen ze nog van terug, in de landbouw. Dit is zo Amerikaans, een machine van, neem nu 350 pk. Hier is dat vrij compact gebouwd, maar in Amerika maken ze daar een moster van van ik weet niet hoeveel ton!! Overdreven, zoals met alles daar.
