When I had the big house in New Hampshire it had a Tavern where I had my tea house but Halloween was my best holiday. I used to turn my tavern into a haunted house. The whole neighborhood decorated. We had the barn of blood across the street. Another house the old lady dressed like a witch. Plus next to my house was the town cemetery. Perfect place to have a great time. Our town still had Halloween at night. I always dressed like The Grim Reaper. Had creepy music and the best Halloween snacks. I miss those times. We got an average of 400 to 500 kids and parents. Now in an over 55 community, I just decorate a little. I miss it.

Well let me tell ya, the holidays have changed. It’s not the same there’s no sense of whimsy or pride in having the coolest house on the block. People have have lost their sense of wonder 😭😭

Her nâme was Jennifer Murphy she originally made vintage using old things then she signed up to Cannon Falls to do a colab I bought alot her stuff as it was captivating so that where those little birds came from

She doesn’t have a big family and her child isn’t into the vintage life. She said she’d rather it go to people who love this stuff like us and you all than to Goodwill. Also she gets some extra money in the process which helps in today’s economy 😭🥰

Whoa, this was my childhood!!! I'm 65 for Pete sake. FABULOUS❤❤ The candle holder with the netting, we got them every summer. They made all sizes and colors and we used them on any outdoor picnic table or patio set!😊

Wow! You definitely got a fantastic haul! I've never seen a Putz house that large. That crown would be great to wire some beads to put between the "bars" on it, and prisms from the bottom, and wire it as a chandelier. I have my grandmother's tree topper. It always went on the tree every year.
