@@myself1309 I had lost 58 pounds and then gained back forty-ish. I've lost now about 32 pounds. Remember that every day you're losing weight and gaining weight so there's really more to it than that, even, those are just the big numbers you could use to describe. I have an app called myfitnesspal I use to track what I eat and my exercises. My username is abigail793 if you'd like to be friends on there. They should know that 1 kg of muscle is smaller than a kg of fat, so a lot of muscle would weigh more than a lot of fat, they should really do ratios for fat to muscle and find the percentage so it can be fair

Abbie I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and if I’m starving I’ll eat a small snack, which is ONLY a fruit, never junk food. My workout, I do 50 side lunges and I pulse it 20 times, and I do 10 squats twice a day, sometimes once a day. Is that good enough? Will I lose weight?

@@bl029 If your meals are made of fish and vegetables and beans and potatoes mostly, you will lose weight under the condition that you are also not adding butter, oil, sugar, or sauces to every dish. For example if you put a lot of ranch dressing on your salads you will be eating a lot of calories. If you add butter to your dishes you will also be eating a lot of calories. It is possible to lose weight by either eating at a deficit (or less than what your body needs to maintain its weight) or by eating normally and working out so much that you lose weight. If you know your height and weight you can calculate a number of calories you should be eating each day to lose weight, and then get familiar with the number of calories in foods you like to eat. In this way you can become knowledgable about calories and your own body.

@@abbie9770 Potatoes are not good as well. They are stopping digestion of the food. IT is better to eat calories and burn them with workout. If someone want to lose weight should find a good technic for himself cause everyone is different and for someone one thing will work and for other different thing. The most important thing is not eat too much, avoiding sweets, eat vegetables and fruits, let food to digest before going to bed and if someone is making workout at evenings not eat after workout.
