Im from Philly. Big is my favorite rapper ever. Philly is a kin to New York in a way back in the day as many from NYC dealt w Philly. Biggie definitely was in Philly alot. Thats where he bagged Charlie Baltimore. Remember seeing him in the blue Landcruiser. Biggie took off as soon as he came out. He was the vision of the streets in the moment. Lyrically he was unmatched but debatable with only Nas. Being in the moment at that time was the best feeling ever. It was grimey, as expected lol, Pac was beefin w/everyone, disrupted A Tribe Called Quest performance (afterward, someone said it was an accident, who knows).
