Jay and Biggs are suing Dame to stop him from selling his share of the Reasonable Doubt album... Currently, the three of them own the classic album... They are 1/3 owners... Dame recently tried to sell his 1/3 share and Jay Z sued to stop the sale... Biggs also joined the lawsuit. Dame said that Jay and Biggs offered to buy his share out but he wasn't satisfied with the offer... Dame feels like they are trying to low ball him. Apparently, Jay & Biggs don't want an outside party to co-own they album with them.
