How to Turn a Walmart Mask Into The Joker - DIY

TO CLARIFY: Mask = $2.27, Small bottles of Acrylic Craft paint are less than $1 each (red/white/blue), Almond spray paint at least in my town is $4-6 per can. I used hot glue because I own it, but you can use whatever adhesive you have accessible at home. I'm sure you could even staple the strap or not even remove it at all. The optional parts will push you over $12 but again, they're optional. The texture spray and the clear coat finish are just a preference thing for me. So at MOST it's a $22ish mask, but you can get it done for $12 easily.

Looks awesome. And I just had an idea. How about you get one of these masks, and turn it into a Jason mask. Like, you leave the eyes and mouth as is. But you drill holes in it (or don't, your choice), give it an axe mark, scratches and chevrons and stuff? That could be intresting 🤔

It was a set of 5 of the Texas Terror masks that I had made a few years ago. That last one was sitting in my closet, so I need to get rid of it. I might make that design again though because I still have empty shells I can use to replace the lower snaps. That's my favorite touch on that design!
