सही जानकारी. मेरा पोस्ट ऑफिस मोबाइल बैंकिंग ओपन नहीं हो रहा था.एरर आ रहा था. बाद में ध्यान में आया की मेरी जन्मतिथी आधार और पैन कार्ड जमा करने के बाद भी गवत बीड हो गयी है. अब पोस्ट ऑफिस जाकर ही सही बीड करनी पडेगी.Thanks a lot.

Can u help by answer8ng below query..... Query : I opened a high value FD (term deposit) in post office on 01st Dec 2016. FD tenure was 1 year. They gave me a FD book having FD number mentioned on it. But I did not closed the FD till 01st Dec 2020 and assumed that the FD will get auto renewed of its own. Today on 04th Dec 2020, when I went to close the FD, I was surprised that after one year the FD was not auto renewed and earned only saving Bank interest from 01st Dec 2017 to 01st Dec 2020. This was told to me by post office head incharge that after one year of FD only saving Bank interest will be applicable as per their system. As per my knowledge if we do not close the FD on maturity, it should get auto renewed. Even natinalised bank also follow automatic auto renewal after mayurity if their is no instructions from customer to close. What is your opinion on this. Can I write to postoffice grevience cell as I lost lot of money as FD was of high value....Rajeev

As per post office they are rights, in post office FD/TD didn't get auto renewed by its own untill you didn't say to do it in auto renewal mode... But in bank auto renew is by default... Here after 1 year of TD you will get only saving interest rate....i understand you may have heavy loss due to this, but this is true...

Dono ki cif id alag hoti hai.... Aapne jo mobile number baad main diya hoga agar system main unhone change kiya hoga to new wala warna old wala....

I got same problem of invalid credentials & I tried exactly as you told but still while activating it gives same error. my user name is cif id only, so while activating for mobile user name & user id will be same . but I get same invalid credential error

Sir my post office savings account is joint. So I used to add CIF number at the time of user ID. There is a problem.

Yes in both case you have to use CIF I'd.... But first you have to visit post office to activate your internet and mobile banking

I have submitted the required form, got the msg., activated the link , and followed the process with the mobile which one is recorded in post office and post master has given in writing on my pass book "net banking enabled" still when filling up the second inputs and following the process correctly it is giving reply as invalid credentials try again.

First you have to enable/login internet banking then you can use mobile banking

Even after entering perfect credentials in all accepts , still the problem is existing. Heard that ippb account must be activated in post office by a authorized po employee ?

Visit your home branch post office, and ask them to enable mobile banking too, may be it was not enable

Maine MIS renew kiya that October 2019 main..usse pahle Mera phone pe every month msg aata tha..par after renewal first msg April 2021 main aaya tha..uske Baad kabhi msg Nahin Aya ajki date tak.. Yeh kyun ho Raha hai.. aur jab main IPPB app aur 15529 main call kiya sab jaga bolo Raha hai ki mobile number is invalid, even SB account number is also invalid..samajh Nahin paa Raha hi aisa kyun ho Raha hai..😑

Mobile banking ka option alag se rehete hai form main agar aapne tik nahi kiya hoga to unhone activate nahi kiya hoga, to ek aur baar wahi form fill karke dedijiye

POST office online service and Branch service is worst .They don't have link in the branch .Their system is worst than any bank. Staffs are unprofessional and untrained.

First di KYC in saving account, if already done than merge all CIF id with Post office saving account CFI id, after all scheme CIF id is same it will be shown under internet banking account details

Sir, mujhe ek question hain, mein west bengal se hu, mere father ka DOP login mein "unable to login, please contact bank...." aisa karke error araha tha, to maine niche "FORGOT PASSWORD" mein click karke udhar ke page mein AGENT ID, COMMISSION CREDIT ACCOUNT NUMBER, DATE OF BIRTH dala, phir CONTINUE mein jaise he click kiya to INVALID AGENT ID q dikha raha hain sir??

In both user id and CIF id you have to enter CIF Id, have u applied for mobile banking activation form in post office before activate

मुकेश जी आपने बहुत अच्छी तरह समझाया है मगर मुझे एक बात पूछनी है कि जिस मोबाइल नम्बर पर मैसेज आता है क्या उसी मोबाइल में ये सेवा शुरू की जा सकेगी मान लो किसी का खाता बहुत पुराना है उसमें कोई और नम्बर दिया हुआ था जबकि अब पोस्ट ऑफिस में सभी औपचारिकता पूरी की जा चुकी है किसी कारण से अभी पहले वाले नम्बर पर मैसेज आया था उसे क्या पोस्ट ऑफिस जाकर दुबारा बोलना पड़ेगा या ठीक करवाना पड़ेगा दूसरा क्या पहले नेट बैंकिंग का प्रोसीजर करना पड़ेगा मोबाइल बैंकिंग से पहले। कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें धन्यवाद।

Sir I used Postal Mobile Banking but from some days my Mobile Banking App is not functioning. While Login the same message as you mentioned I have also received. After reinstall and reactivation the message I received as follows: Your App is not compatible with server please download and login. Sir, I have informed the same to the concerned authorities through email but no reply has yet been received from their end. Please help me.

1. Even after logging in , while doing maturity withdrawals, the screen immediately shows an error 2. When try to download it says this app is not available in your country, though I'm in India Mumbai 3. On my Samsung mobile, I can't see India post mobil banking app.

@@BIGJankari actually I tried to activate the mobile app after loading it from Google but when I filled up the details in the app it said that the username is incorrect. So I went to the post office. They gave me the form for debit/atm card & internet banking & told me that the app will work only after you get the card. If I want to use the app I shall have to do whatever say. Thank you all the same.

Resume application me password dalne par invalid credential bata raha hai ..jabki me sahi password daal raha hun ..aur security ques ka ans bhi sahi dera hun ..pata ni kya hai...aap bta sakte iske baare me ?

Aapko apni ye problem ebanking@indiapost.gov.in pe apni CIF id ke saath mail karna hoga, solution ho jayega

Sar pahle pahle wale mobile mein mera chal raha tha India post banking ka mobile bank lekin Ab Jo mobile change kiya tha Dobara usmein Nahin chal raha hai valid credential Bata deta hai

if your date of birth is 1st January 2022. you have to type like 01-01-2022 and not 01012022. your invalid credentials will not be shown anymore. Remember you have to put a hyphen(-) between the numbers in the date of birth.

I have created FD via online post banking. It was successful. After that I lost my trasaction password. Now when I try to create FD, they say that trasaction is disabled for this user. I even changed the trasaction password, but I am getting same error. What should I do now to activate it

सर मेरा मोबाईल ल बॅंकिंग एप अभिभी एक्टिव्हेट नही होरहा है| मेल किया तो उसमे कहा गया की मोबाईल बॅंकिंग पोस्ट ऑफिस मे एक्टिव्हेट नही किया होगा इसलिये पोस्ट ऑफिस जाकर यह प्रोब्लेम बताई उन्होने मोबाईल बॅंकिंग उनके सिस्टम मे इन्याबल कर दिया है ऐसा मुझे कहा गया | फिर से मैने वह एप एक्टिव्हेट कर नेकी कोशिश कि, (सभी बाते जैसे की युजर नेम, जन्म तारीख, मो. नं. CIFid डाल दी ). लेकीन फिरभी एक्टिव्हेट नही हो रहा है|इनव्हॅलिड क्रिडेंशिल ही आ रहा है| मेरा इंटरनेट बॅंकिंग एक्टिव्हेट है| क्या करे? पहले भी मैने प्रोब्लेम बताई थी|

सरजी क्या पहले net banking का फार्म fill करके, पोस्ट आफिस में जमा करवाने के बाद (मैसेज आने पर) net banking पर जाकर new user id बनाने पर ID बना सकते हैं या सीधे ही post office की side से net banking शुरू हो जाएंगी?
