Maybe someone else has said it but I really feel the need to here - the Golem top can go WAY faster than that. You have to hold the rubber bit against a flat table or floor, *quickly* and *firmly* drag it across the table (you'll hear it making a noise almost like a wind up toy taking off) so the spinner is spinning fast enough to be visibly blurry, then set it down on the spinning part and release. They can spin for a solid 20-30 seconds at crazy high speeds for a really long time, the inner tech is basically like fidget spinners about 20 years before fidget spinners.

I had the golem toy when I was little. You have to drag it at an angle to get it to start spinning quick and then set it on the tip to go. The other one I had was a kabuto water toy
