I don't see how this unbelievable talent doesn't get recognized like it should. K.R.I.T. has made so many songs that have touched my soul to the core. To the point of, if I had any musical or lyrical talent, some of his songs are what I would be saying. "Meditate" has always been my favorite but this one may have just tied the spot. So much raw emotion in this one.

Hard to protect your feelings when you so exposed. Man Big Krit I listened to your interview this morning on The Breakfast Club , and I appreciate your REAL words ... My boyfriend and I have recently been making some changes , you know cutting loose ends dropping fake friends , fucking growing up ... We was on henny binges everyday thinkin this is life riding round banging out getting faded but at the end of the night laying our heads on the pillow or shit waking up faded still the next morning we just knew we just felt something wasnt right ... We started changing. I appreciate the fact of how youve come to realizations and you putting that out there for other people to hear cause a lot of these new rappers is prpmoting the pill poppin binge drinking type of lifestyle. And you on some I been there did that now LEARN LIFE . MANNN RESPECT. ima make sure my man hears this cause he lost the sight of the path for awhile ...this is him a few years back kzbin.info/www/bejne/sInIhWSFYr-ng7c.
