Hello I’m trying to get the led lights to come on how do u do it I have the cord connected but lights not on

If you plugged lights into the USB ports on desk make sure your ports are plugged into the wall then power on with the remote.

Hello, I had a question about the USB cables that are attached to the USB hub. I understand that the main cable powers the hub, and the short cable right next to it is for data transfer. Is the data transfer cable meant to be plugged into my computer, to transfer data to and from another device connected to the hub? If not, how am I specifically supposed to use it? Thanks

I think its all universal. A extra cord that can be used as plug or data transfer. I had a time figuring it out as well. I didn't see any details listed in booklet so I plugged everything up where it is usable for my son. Most 2 ways can be used for charging, and/or data transfer. You can transfer from laptop to computer and or USB. I hoped you were able to figure it out and you are enjoying!

My lights stopped working after like 2-3 months, I had them on and off every now and then, never overusing them. But they stopped. Is there a was to contact someone to fix it? The remote still has batteries, and everything is plugged into a powered outlet.

I'm confused on how I'm supposed to plug in the USB's in. The multi port thing that comes with it has two ends, one i assume gives the port power, but I'm not sure what the other "output" side of the cord.

Plug one end into a charger box then plug into wall socket

One is for data transfer and the other for a power source. We recommend your computer as the best power source.

@@momentumfurnishings5484 i wanted to say something. I just bought this table 3 days ago. Installed it, everything is great however as far as the lighting, everything is done right and only the left side lighting works, the right is completely out and wont light at all, i think the bulb is broken. i have 30 days to exchange it but i have to re-assemble n take all my stuff of it which is a PC monitor, a IMAC, 2 keyboards, an interface, 2 mouses, etc etc... anything to try to make it work other than switching it out?

i just installed everything, im wondering why the left side lights with the remote work fine but the right side doesnt at all? Anyone?

@@DesignwithAliChia i still have 30 days, big lots says i can exchange it, but i dont feel like going thru all that, ill just assume 1 side works i guess which sucks. its like if it was in the corner i guess, the crazy thing is, they throw it in the garbage, so whats the point of making me bring it back, they might as well see proof that mine doesnt work and just give me the other one if they dont send it back smh.

@@rahtismyname I definitely understand being the fact you assembled it. You may be able to order strip lights with a remote and place them around the desk yourself. They have led strips with adhesive. Try that dont give up.

@@DesignwithAliChia i hear u, if its dont give up i have a month to bring it back i just dont want to that that, they said i dont even have to un assemble it. They're literally going to throw it in the garbage, idk if its the same day but i could get 2 desks for the price of 1, if thats the case tho why make me even bring it back tho is the stupid part. They can plug the new one in and see you cant just light up one side n give it to me.

Not that I'm aware of. Try contacting the manufacturer for a solution. Possibly could remove those and replace with a new led strips that come with a remote.

You can only control the lights with the remote provided.

On the box it says there is six colors but in the remote there’s only four

There are four on the remote but you can lock one of the many color variations on the light modes on the remote.
